Well, whatever you want to call it, we are doing it! Yes, that’s right, techno-savvy readers, we have joined the ranks of Ashton Kutcher and CNN. We are now on Twitter. Come see what we are tweeting. And, if you have your own account, you can follow us! Perhaps one million followers seems like an astronomical goal, but, hey, we are over-achievers.

The Economics of Education
As the May 1st deadline has come and gone, college deposits have been mailed and the majority of our senior students have happily secured their places in the incoming college class of 2013. Other students have tentatively sent in money to enroll for a spot in the freshman class but are riding the waitlist at preferred schools, hoping for the kind of positive admissions outcomes we saw in 2008. Still other students and families have sent in deposits but are looking for creative ways to finance the next four years of school.

The scores are in. Now what?
There are hundreds of resources out there to tell you what to do before you take the SAT, but what about after? What steps do you need to take to bump up a less-than-ideal score? What should you do if you’ve hit your magic number? We’ve created a guide to help you determine the “what next”. It’s kind of a Choose Your Own Adventure for SAT results. Let us know if there are any other questions we can answer for you.
What I did on my summer vacation…
Summer vacation is so close you can practically taste it: barbeque, watermelon, freezer pops, sunscreen (it usually smells so strong you can practially taste it). But whatever are you going to do during your 3 months of freedom? As much as I like all day marathons of America’s Next Top Model and Mythbusters, I would suggest you do something a bit more constructive with at least part of your free time.
Too cool for school group? Start your own!
As the school year winds down and summer vacation is glimmering just ahead on the horizon, parents are trying to balance their lives with their kids’ busy schedules filled with summer trips, part-time jobs, volunteering, channel-surfing. Many people take the opportunity during the endless days of summer to get a jump start on preparing for college entrance exams. If you’ve always wanted to enroll your child in one of our small group SAT courses, but couldn’t find one flexible enough for your hectic schedule, now is your chance to create your own. Just grab a few friends and let the fun begin! We will provide the experienced, skilled tutor and the top-notch materials, all you provide is at least 3 students. The groups can meet at one of our locations or one of yours! Call or email today to find out how to create your own small SAT prep-group.
